Returns & Refunds

30-day no-questions-asked returns. If anything we ship doesn't hold up the way we promise, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No inspection, no restocking fee, no friction.

Extended 60-day defect coverage. If a magnet weakens, a base cracks, or anything fails under normal use within 60 days, we'll replace it or refund. Your choice.

Lifetime brand warranty. All BLAUBECK magnetic mounts are backed by a lifetime warranty against magnet failure under normal use. Reach out to manager@lackus.com any time and we'll make it right.

How to return

1. Email manager@lackus.com with your order number and reason (one sentence is fine).
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders) or instructions (international).
3. Refund processed within 3 business days of receiving the item.

What we cover

• Defective products (any time, lifetime warranty on magnets).
• Doesn't fit your equipment as described.
• Wasn't what you expected.
• Damaged in shipping.

What we can't accept

• Sticker packs (hygiene reasons).
• Items beyond 60 days unless covered by the lifetime magnet warranty.
• Items returned damaged or missing parts due to misuse.
