Shipping policy
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer standard shipping with delivery times of 3–6 business days on all orders within the continental United States. We have FREE shipping for all orders, no minimum amount.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s status and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Areas:
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays and Exceptions:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays, holidays, weather, and high order volumes). If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you by email.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at manager@lackus.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement, if applicable.
